PAYMENT,CONDITIONS & PRIVACY ISSUES
If you place an order with Buy me 10 flowers, you will agree with the following payment procedures & general conditions. Please make sure you have red them!
ORDERING

All the mentioned prices in the shop are in Euro’s, including 19%VAT, and excluding shipping costs. Price changes, and mistakes not taken into account.. If you wish to have a formal invoice for your order, with VAT specification, please send us an email, and we will add this invoice when sending your order.
Your payment should be transferred into our account within 10 days of placing your order. The moment your invoice has been paid, we will ship your order. If we have not received your payment within the 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

Very safe, and confidential through your own bank. Just follow the instructions when clicking on Ideal Icon. After payment, your order will be delivered within a week. The moment we will ship your order you will receive a notification.

TRANSFER
Buy me 10 flowers has chosen for the IDEAL payment option. If you’d rather transfer the money choose this option. If your order comes in, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours with an invoice and order-number via email. You will make a transfer of the amount due mentioning your ordernumber on:

When the payment is being received, our aim is to deliver within one week.
The amount due should be in our account within 10 days after placing the order. Until then your order will be on hold. If we have not received your payment within the 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING
Buy me 10 flowers will charge shipping costs. These are dependant on weight, country but also on the type of item(s) your have ordered. UNIQUE ITEMS

This way of working implies that the items are essentially produced in a different way then mass-production, .and look unique in every sense.
A lot of our items have different materials involved. We advise to wash them by hand, with bio-degradable detergent at 30 degrees celsius. We won’t take back washed items!
USAGE
Because of the handmade character of our products it is possible that during usage items will get loose , like the buttons, beads and pearls. We advise to check the clothes & accessories regularly , especially after washing. And sew the loose parts with a needle and some thread tightly back on….
We are not responsible for mis-usage or improper usage of our items. Especially concerning our Decorative items we wish to stress that they are only meant for decorative purposes and not as a toy for children.
CHANGE/RETURNING ITEMS
If an item, for whatever reason, does not meet your expectations, it can be changed or returned. Shipping costs are on the customers account.
In this case you will have to contact Buy me 10 flowers within 3 days after receival. The items have to be back at Buy me 10 flowers, within 10 days after our shipment of your order. Mentioning the reason of you returning the item.
If a return package will reach us without contacting us on forehand, we can not take this into consideration. We will not refund any money, we do offer Buy me 10 flowers giftvauture.
Exchanging your item is thus possible if the following conditions are applicable:
- The customer has contacted us within 3 days after receiving the item, with the request of changing the item.
- The item has to be back in our possession within 10 days after first shipment.

We do charge a fee of 2,75 euro for this service to cover administration and other expenses. This amount will be taken from the amount of the Gift Vauture.. The Vauture is valid throughout 1 year.
